Organic One Wines are commitment to their customers and the environment, making high quality wine on their 280 acre certified Organic and Bio-dynamic vineyard. Winery practices are also environmentally sustainable and include 100% recycling of winery waste for use as compost plus vigilant water management.
Displaying bold, fruit-driven character, both Chardonnay and Shiraz are the main varieties grown; The Chardonnay displays ripe nectarine characters with vibrant notes of tropical fruit salad, while the Shiraz displays ripe berry fruit characters combined with spicy notes and subtle oak.
